Terms governing purchases, delivery, payment and use of ModelPorta digital-access plans.
Independent marketplace
ModelPorta is an independent digital-access marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the official reseller of any product vendor shown in the catalog.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must meet provider age and eligibility requirements and follow the applicable provider rules. Access may not be used for abuse, credential harvesting, spam, harmful automation or unlawful activity.
Delivery
Delivery begins after payment confirmation. Time-limited access starts at the timestamp stated in the delivery message unless the product page states otherwise.
Payments
Crypto transfers are final after network confirmation. Customers are responsible for selecting the displayed network and sending the exact invoice amount before expiry.
Availability
Inventory changes in real time. If a purchased plan is unavailable at fulfilment, ModelPorta will provide replacement access, equivalent credit or another agreed resolution.
